I am a Community Singing Leader working alongside my colleague Mark Coburn. Together we sing for well being with family carers and people living with dementia, Parkinson's and other neurological conditions around Suffolk. We provide interactive sessions that promote positive well being, a sense of community and fun. We work in care homes, group settings and online zoom sessions.
