As a voluntary organisation Comhaltas is entirely dependant on the time, commitment, contribution and skills of volunteers. People from the community who give so much to Comhaltas because they believe it is important for our traditional culture to be passed on from generation to generation.

In recent years we, as will all volunteer organisations, have seen a change in the way people are able to or want to volunteer their time. This workshop will explore how we can continue to capitalise on the strengths within the community and what we must do to make sure volunteers put themselves forward and feel valued and recognised for the contribution they make.
