This networking event will be held at Middlesbrough Town Hall and is free to attend.

Musinc is welcoming music practitioners from all backgrounds and areas of practice;  Music Educators who work with children, young people or adults, existing or emerging community musicians, music leaders, school based and peripatetic music teachers, community based band and choir leaders.

Guest speaker

For our first networking event we are pleased to welcome Dr. Martyn Hudson, Senior Lecturer on Creative and Cultural Industries Management at Northumbria University. Martyn will be discussing “Musical Engagement with Communities of Refuge” including work with Mongrel UK/Sage Gateshead and Music Action International.

The session runs from 4.30-6.30pm and will include some light refreshments and snacks.
