I work with sound for relaxation, meditation and well-being, using mainly gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and voice. I facilitate workshops exploring singing bowls, chant, mantra, gongs (gong baths) and other sound worlds. These are open to everyone, held in local community centres every few weeks. For women I run a monthly chanting group - a joyful blending of voices with chants from around the world. I also offer private, one-to-one treatments in sound healing and shiatsu and individual gong baths. I am qualified in sound therapy from the College of Sound Healing and have over 10 years experience playing gongs and singing bowls, both for my own pleasure and for others.
