I am a music-for-health-and-wellbeing practitioner based in Suffolk. I am a trained Singing for Lung Health practitioner (British Lung Foundation-accredited), an Associate Member of Sing to Beat Parkinson's and an Alzheimer's Society Singing for the Brain Leader. I have a special interest in autism and neurodiversity. My work is person-centred and accessible. I also sing and play violin in the acoustic swing trio, Out of Nowhere and we give accessible performances too.
