I’ve been performing professionally as a singer, songwriter and community musician for over 3 decades, embracing some of the finest venue stages across the UK and beyond at festivals, theatres, in bars, and mostly anywhere with decent coffee. In recent times I have taken on the role of project manager for a youth music group, and as music leader for a number of community groups, inspiring many singalongs and widely developing my classic cover song list. Having live streamed over 100 live concerts since ‘the lockdown’ I have also refreshed and added to my wide ranging, accessible repertoire of original songs and uplifting stories. My stage persona is always entertaining, friendly and accessible to any audience. I am very experienced, passionate about live performance and creativity, and am more than capable of delivering an inclusive set of songs and singalongs at a wide range of settings and events. I am also often available at short notice, I have transport, additional musicians available, and coming out of the North West of England with friends to visit around the UK, I am happy to travel, pack a tent and go camping. I have my own sound system and lights suitable for a venue holding around 150 people. My fee is always reasonable, I truly appreciate a good cup of coffee or two, and most importantly access to fresh water before and during performance. I appreciate an opportunity to snack afterwards if there is fresh food available. Please note that for medical reasons, I choose gluten free food if available, but do not wish people to go out of their way to provide special food provision. Where there is travel involved of up to 3 hours, then as a rule I like to drive home, but if needs be I am a very happy camper / air b&b / overnight guest. Please note we may need to add travel / accom expenses to fees, however multiple bookings that keep me ’on the road’ can help keep my costs to a minimum, thank you :-)
