Meeting Kathryn Deane, previous Director of Sound Sense was a light bulb moment for me. I realised I wanted to move from music venue marketing, to using my skills to support people making change through music. I became Head of Communications for Sound Sense, and years later, I now help music organisations with a social, wellbeing or educational purpose to communicate their value and impact, break down barriers to what they do, sell their services. I also run the Music for Education & Wellbeing podcast, and the Music Education Works website.
