I am a trained music practitioner and use my voice, guitar, ukulele, and songwriting as tools for connection and wellbeing with people of all ages and backgrounds. I facilitate music workshops and sessions in community settings, care homes, and hospitals, with most of my experience being with early years and people living with dementia and their carers.
