About me/us:

I am a professional singer and singing teacher, specialising in voice confidence. I run a private singing studio, delivering in-person and online bespoke 1:1 singing lessons, music mentoring and relaxation sessions for all ages, genders and abilities. Adopting a therapeutic approach to my teaching and strongly emphasising the need for relaxation while singing, I have worked with individuals living with chronic pain, depression, anxiety, CFS and learning disabilities. I am currently studying for a MA in Voice Pedagogy, specialising in Singing for Health. My research areas include the psychological benefits of singing on stammering, autism, boundaries and trauma informed practice. I hold a Psychology Degree, am a qualified Mental Health First Aider (Adult and Youth)and a Life Music practitioner.
