This is a permanent position, 29.6 hours per week.

The successful candidate will deliver teaching across the full range of our vocal programme ensuring that children and young people in every corner of our city are singing with confidence and skill at every point of their school lives. We are particularly interested in developing both our primary singing provision (whole class and teacher CPD) and our choral offer – carving pathways into choirs for children and young people from all backgrounds and we welcome applications from professionals experienced in this area.

We expect our teachers to believe in the best for every pupil and school they work with. We want a member of the team who believes in the transformative power of music education, understands how to get the best possible musical outcomes from their pupils and schools that they work with.
