We're inviting teachers and artists who specialise in vocal leading to submit CV’s to add to our pool of freelance vocal leaders working with the Creative Learning Team. We’re particularly interested in hearing from leaders who specialise in working with children and young people for upcoming projects. This includes our new Youth Choir launching on Monday evenings from October 2022.
In the future, there will be singing projects for adults too so you are still welcome to submit your CV if you lead adult projects rather than youth projects.
Who we’re looking for:
- Fun, dynamic, progressive vocal leaders - you’re able to engage and inspire.
- As comfortable working with beginners who don’t read music, as with more advanced singers.
- Proven experience of leading successful singing projects gained working across a wide range of styles and genres.
- You have a solid pedagogical approach to how you teach and lead.
- You care about safe vocal technique and vocal health and centre it in your practice.
Available Work:
Varied and diverse - it may include running singing workshops in schools, facilitating one-off workshops at the Southbank Centre, leading a project choir for a performance, or co-leading our new Youth Choir (launching in October 2022).
