As a board member you will be part of a team providing creative opportunities for thousands of participants, artists and musicians engaging with More Music’s innovative programme of workshops and events.

The board, with More Music’s Director, is responsible for strategic development, governance, and advocacy.

Applicants must be passionate about the arts and the transformative power of music and have ideally worked in a meaningful/ influential and/ or strategic role within their sector or area of work. We wish to develop the experience and knowledge base of the board and especially encourage candidates with expertise in the following professional practices to apply:

• Marketing & PR
• Business growth and resilience
• Youth led work
• Strategic arts funding & arts leadership
• Community engagement and participation

We’d also love to hear from people aged under 30 and from people living and/or working in the Morecambe area.
