Encore Enterprises is an established Herefordshire social enterprise running Encore Music Service (schools), Encore Youth Music (ensembles) and Encore Community Music (adults).

We are seeking a new Singing for Wellbeing Leader who will have the opportunity to design and lead our brand new ‘Social-I -Sing’ programme. The vision is to:

• develop cross-curricular singing for wellbeing activities for schools, linked to the Music Education Hub singing strategy
• develop singing for wellbeing activities for young people out of school, including supporting any current vocal activities
• develop a range of singing for wellbeing activities across the county to adults, including social prescribing models linked to colleagues in health care

We would like to appoint a colleague who can deliver both the project activities and also CPD to others. Therefore, any previous experience in delivering training would be advantageous.
