This vacancy specifically involves managing ongoing delivery in criminal justice settings in the North region with potential for scale up of delivery across South region using research dissemination to promote interest. (Pending research dissemination and interest & additional capacity to deliver)

You will want to make a positive and effective contribution to social justice and health inequalities through provision of high-quality creative activities within specialist criminal justice settings.

You will have a proactive producer mindset to manage our programme of delivery within specialist criminal justice settings.

Salary: £34,434 to £36,363 pro rata per annum, depending on experience and successful completion of 6 month probationary period.

Working Hours: Part-time, 2.0 days a week, permanent dependent on project demands and funding. Flexible & agile working arrangements.?

Contract Type: Permanent dependent on continued commissioning. Currently ends 31 March 2029 with 2 additional year extension pending confirmed budget for commissioners.

Location: hoot operate an agile working policy, exact ratio of remote : in-person (within the 30-60-% in-person guidelines) to be agreed after successful completion of probationary period and through discussion of project priorities.

Occasional travel to criminal justice settings in North and possibly South will be part of this job and hoot’s office base is located in Huddersfield.
