We're looking for an organised, proactive and collaborative Project Manager to join our Programmes team.

The role will oversee participatory music projects and sector-facing initiatives across Brighter Sound and Manchester Music City.

Working closely with the Head of Programmes and colleagues across Brighter Sound, you will take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they meet agreed objectives, timelines, budgets and outcomes.

This is a hands-on management role where you'll support Project Coordinators, step into practical delivery when needed, make decisions, manage competing priorities and respond constructively when plans change.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused and confident in taking ownership of multiple projects, with a genuine commitment to creating positive experiences, opportunities and connections across the music sector.
