Programme Manager

This role will oversee the strategic development and innovative delivery of Breathe’s Melodies programmes, with a particular focus on our evidence-based and internationally regarded Breathe Melodies for Mums, programme, including:

Launching and leading our new Breathe Melodies for Dads and Breathe Melodies for Mums to be programmes, from Autumn 2026
Nurturing key stakeholders and partnerships, and identifying new areas for growth
Managing programme budgets, contracts and risk assessments, with close attention to detail
Leading and line managing a programme delivery team, and supporting Breathe’s wider creative programmes

Contract: Permanent
Salary: £34,000-£37,000
Working Days: Full time, 5 days a week
