This is a permanent position, four days per week (28 hours).

Working closely with the Head of Programme Development and Delivery, and the Head of Artistic Development and Production, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of our projects across Drake Music’s three strands of work: Learning, Participation, and Training, Research and Development, and Arts and Collaborations.

• Someone with a keen attention to detail who can hold the responsibility for several projects at once and ensure a high level of quality in all of them
• An exceptional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with the team, participants, freelancers, and partner organisations
• Someone who is passionate about removing disabling barriers to music participation
