Programme Coordinator (early childhood development)

Make Some Noise is seeking a programme coordinator to develop and deliver its early years music programmes that enable babies, toddlers and children (alongside their parents/carers) to develop their speech, language and motor skills

This is a fixed term nine month contract (subject to funding), 14-18.5 hours per week.

We are looking for a highly organised and methodical individual, experienced in creative early years provision that supports babies and toddlers dealing with challenging circumstances. Being a musician is not vital to this role; this position is for a passionate and hard-working candidate, with excellent coordination, time-management and communication skills.

You will work alongside the Head of Operations & Programmes to provide project coordination support on Early Childhood Development Thematic Priority for Make Some Noise developing the Soundpots and UpBeat Programmes as well as future pilot programmes.

The focus of this role will be on early years music provision to support the speech and language development/opportunities to access quality Early Years provision of disadvantaged and marginalised children and the early years professional sector / early years practitioners within the nurseries/ communities that support these children.
