We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team at Sinfonia Cymru. As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will play a key role in Sinfonia Cymru's mission to provide exceptional and accessible classical music experiences to people across Wales. By developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, collaborating with partner venues, and leading the creation of engaging marketing materials, you will enhance the orchestra's profile and attract diverse audiences.
Salary and conditions:
This is a part-time role of 3 days a week at a salary of £19,200 per annum (based on a Full Time. Equivalent salary of £32,000 per annum). We are a small organisation and operate a flexible work environment, so the 3 days per week can be worked flexibly throughout the week except key touch points such as team meetings (which normally take place at 9:30am each morning) and concerts. We would prefer that the hours are worked across a minimum of 4 days of the week.
We offer a hybrid of home-based working and working from our local Hafan hubs in Newport, Vale of Glamorgan, and Aberystwyth (where our Marketing Consultant is based).
