Local Cultural Education Partnership Manager

Lincolnshire Music Service is seeking an experienced Local Cultural Education Partnership Manager to help increase the creativity, learning and life chances of children and young people in Lincolnshire

This is a fixed term position up until 31 March 2022. Extension subject to funding.

The appointed Local Cultural Education Partnership (LCEP) Manager will manage all aspects of the ongoing development and process of establishing a Local Cultural Education Partnership for Lincolnshire. You will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating LCEP Strategic and LCEP Partners Groups meetings in collaboration with Lincolnshire Music Service. You will work closely with teachers, schools and educational organisations developing relationships and partnerships with individual creative and cultural practitioners and organisations with the aim of creating high quality cultural/creative learning experiences for children and young people.

Essential criteria (not complete list):

  • A degree or related qualification or equivalent experience in the arts, education and/or arts management sector
  • Minimum of 4 years project management, preferably within the creative/cultural sector
  • Creating & maintaining good relationships with a range of stakeholders and participants
  • Working with public participants to support delivery of high quality Cultural/Creative Learning Experiences
  • Curating and managing online content
  • Planning and managing budgets of up to £50,000

Salary: £250 a day for 66 days = £16,500 total contract
