Lead Creative Facilitator
Location: East Midlands
Deadline: 23 July 2021
Attenborough Arts Centre, Pedestrian and the British Museum are seeking a Lead Creative Facilitator for the Where we are… Leicester partnership, who will collaborate with young people in co-creating responses to the ‘World is a Work in Progress’ exhibition at AAC this autumn

Where we are... is a new UK-wide national programme for young people aged 16–24 that co-designs and co-delivers meaningful local projects in arts and culture.

We are looking for a skilled creative / cultural facilitator who is experienced in engaging and empowering young people to take the lead and to co-create meaningful interventions and dialogue around the arts and social justice. We will work with 10 young people aged 18-24 from across Leicester.

The facilitator will work with young people to explore what they are interested in and how they want to express themselves. We are looking for a Constant Friendly Face – a creative, engaging facilitator that is highly skilled in facilitating creative discussions, drawing out the skills and passions of participants and amplifying diverse voices – especially those who may never have engaged with the arts/culture before.
