As Head of Programmes you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the development and implementation of a cohesive, imaginative and inclusive offer to remove disabling barriers to music-making.

In addition to having relevant experience, we are looking for someone who can be adaptable and flexible in shaping this new role. We think you’ll need a blend of pragmatism to make stuff happen, and an ability to step away from the day to day to think strategically about how we deliver our ambitions. Within Drake Music, collaboration is essential, so we’re looking for people who are open to the influence of others on their thinking.
