As a member of the prestigious European Concert Hall Organization, the Konzerthaus Dortmund stands for artistic excellence, innovation and a first-class public performance. In 2019, the Konzerthaus Dortmund launched Germany's first community music program, a leading international program under the motto "Music for All".

We are seeking a visionary personality who can lead and develop the Community Music & Education department with model projects at Konzerthaus Dortmund. Above all, we are looking for a self-confident, strategic thinker with extensive experience in community music work and the development of various music education programs.
