Following the success of its application to become an Arts Council England Investment Principles Support Organisation, Music Mark is looking to expand its staff team not just to provide support to the music education sector in England, but also to increase its capacity to support its membership across the UK. This is an exciting time for Music Mark and provides a real opportunity to further its work towards achieving its vision of accessible and excellent musical learning and engagement in and out of school for all children and young people, which inspires and enriches their lives.

Music Mark’s Development Manager will join a small but skilled team with core values of being bold, open and useful. This new role will aim to increase the charity’s financial resilience through the development and implementation of a fundraising strategy. However, it is also envisaged that the postholder will be able to support the Music Mark members in securing funding for their work through advice, guidance and training.
