With three-year support from Youth Music and success as a new ACE National Portfolio Organisation, this is an exciting time to be joining Sound Connections. We have ambitious plans to grow our work across England and be a leader in championing inclusive practice in music education. This is a central leadership role with responsibility to support the wellbeing of the team, implement strategy, manage programmes, generate income and report to funders and supporters.
This role is offered as full-time, though we welcome requests for reduced or part time hours to a minimum of 0.8 FTE.
