Open Call for South West based Community Music Practitioners

You will be an early or mid-stage community music practitioner with a commitment to using music participation as a tool for social change. You will be skilled in at least two musical instruments and also have an understanding of or experience in facilitating groups in community or education settings. Ideally, you will also have an understanding of or experience in working with neurodiverse young people or early years or with other ‘communities of experience’.

You will be a good communicator, enjoy working collaboratively with other music practitioners and be willing to reflect on your own practice and take training and other forms of CPD as needed or desired. You will live in the South West and be able to easily travel to one or more of the following locations: Bath, Frome, Radstock, Weston-Super-Mare, Yeovil, Newton Abbot or Plymouth.
