Beetroots Collective CIC is seeking an enthusiastic, organised, collaborative, and adaptable Project Coordinator to oversee the delivery of a community art project Folktales for New Scots

Contract: Freelance, project-based
Duration: 1st February 2025 - 30th March 2027
Working days: 30.5 days over the full project period, £200 per day
Contract: 14 months fixed-term contract: £6100
Location: Flexible/ home-based, coordinating activities across four locations, required to attend meetings in Edinburgh

Interviews: 15-22 January 2026

Folktales for New Scots is a community arts programme inviting participants - especially refugees and immigrants - to explore the lore and myths of Scotland.

The project includes:
- 24 workshops (6 in each location: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Ayr, Peebles)
- 4 street events
