Anthem is set to take new and innovative approaches to young people giving greater access to music-making. Our vision is that music should be part of every young person’s life in Wales.

Anthem has made significant progress in its first year. It has taken soundings, developed potential partners and now wants to embark on a next executive phase of critical growth. It is now recruiting a full time CEO. The CEO role will be truly instrumental in shaping the next steps for Anthem.

The CEO will have a real opportunity to leave a positive legacy with the work they do and the impact they have. The challenges of the role are great but so will be the rewards in delivering Anthem’s ambitions in building involvement of backers, sponsors, ambassadors, stakeholders and the young people themselves and their music.

We are looking for people with a practical, hands-on, can-do attitude. Thinking out of the box is important with an ability to constantly look for new opportunities for music and young people to break-down barriers.

Anthem wants to have a sustainable impact for young people in Wales. We would like to be seen as a role model for other countries in the world and we are targeting a measurable improvement in young people’s well-being.
