We’re inviting expressions of interest for Assistant Tutor roles at Fèis Week 2025, taking place from Monday 15th to Thursday 18th July, 10.00am–4.00pm each day.

This is a paid opportunity for confident, enthusiastic musicians who are interested in developing their teaching skills and gaining experience in a busy, creative environment. Assistant Tutors will work closely with our main tutors—some of Scotland’s leading traditional musicians—supporting the delivery of classes, helping with breakout groups, encouraging participation, and contributing to a fun, positive atmosphere throughout the week.

We particularly welcome expressions of interest from early-career musicians, typically aged 18–25, or those with a strong interest in teaching or leading music sessions in the future. That said, we’re happy to consider applications from people at any stage of their journey—what matters most is that you’re passionate, reliable, and excited about being part of the team.

Assistant Tutors must be available for all four days of Fèis Week.
