This is a self-employed position paying £12/hour for 3.5 hours per week. The role commences in January 2022 until July 2022.

Angel Shed is an inclusive performing arts charity based in Islington, North London and is a space for children and young people of all abilities and backgrounds to access the transformative power of participation in the performing arts.

The Angel Shed Music Collective is a group for 12-19 year-olds where members learn from, share and make music with others.

We are looking for a music facilitator who will support and assist the workshop leader with facilitation of Angel Shed’s Music Collective, stimulating and furthering music skills through engaging and appropriate activities.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for music and its impact with young people. They must be able to put the vulnerable young people and families we work with at the forefront of the charity. They must possess strong music skills (which could include guitar, drums, voice, keyboard, tech) and have the confidence and presence to engage well with groups of young people.
