This is a permanent role. 37.5 hours per week (2.5 days per week - Job Share)

Are you passionate about the positive effects that the arts, culture and music can have, particularly on those who are unwell? Are you an established professional with a background in the arts and/or health? Do you want to work in an ‘Outstanding’ NHS Trust based in the heart of Bristol?

Your primary role will be to support the Arts Programme Director and Arts Programme Manager in the practical delivery and physical implementation of University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust’s Arts and Culture Strategy across all ten hospital sites, including South Bristol Community Hospital and Weston General Hospital as well as projects undertaken with strategic partners and in the outdoor realm.

The person we are looking for will:

• have Experience of practical installation and technical maintenance work in a culture, heritage, visual or performing arts setting
• have good project delivery skills, able to prioritise, sequence and programme work to achieve a defined outcome Have experience of project management in construction, heritage, visual or performing arts settings
• be able to convey knowledge to subordinate staff, trainees, interns, students and volunteers in constructive manner
• have a specialist skill in at least one art-form and good all round knowledge of the visual and/or performing arts.
