Working musically with people with dementia (2)
25 March 2020
The second in a series of practical training days from Music for Wellbeing CIC

These two training days will each cover different aspects of working musically with people with dementia. Each one can be booked as a standalone day, or both together for deeper knowledge and skills. The courses are appropriate for anyone who wants to learn more about working musically with people with dementia, or who wish to refresh their skills or gain new ideas for their own musical work.

The second day will take place on Wednesday 25 March, 10am-4pm at Salisbury and South Wilts Sports Club. Early bird tickets are available until 31st January. This one-day training will consider the skills needed to facilitate music workshops with people with dementia (including planning and reflection), working musically in a person-centred way to meet the needs of people living with dementia, songwriting and music creation, and incorporating basic music-related technology into your workshops.
