Looking back over the past academic year, this session is a chance for you to explore how recent learning can nourish your personal growth. Take time to reflect on how far you’ve travelled and the challenges you’ve overcome. Look to the future to consider what your first step outside of your current comfort zone might be!

This is the final in a series of six Refresh Your Practice sessions facilitated by Soundcastle. It is open to all community musicians and is free to attend (donations are warmly welcome!).
