Singing for lung health online training

An eight-week course run by The Musical Breath consisting of six modules which will provide an overview of how the voice works and optimum singing and breathing techniques to support someone with a chronic lung condition

The content of this course has been developed from the original course written and delivered by Phoene Cave for the British Lung Foundation. It consists of 6 modules delivered over 8 sessions, run live on Zoom.

 

Dates and modules:

6 x Mondays, 2 x Fridays
4pm to 6.30pm BST on both days

  • Monday 19th April 2021 / Module 1: Introduction to Singing for Lung Health
  • Monday 26th April / Module 2: Still & Moving body
  • Monday 3rd May (Bank Holiday, subject to possible change) / Module 3: Lung health & lung disease
  • Monday 10th May / Module 4: Holistic Breath & Breathing Patterns
  • Monday 17th May / Module 5: The Singing Voice
  • Friday 21st May / Module 6a: Delivery & content part 1
  • Monday 24th May / Module 6b: Delivery & content part 2
  • Friday 28th May / Q&A (1hr 15 mins)

 

>> Cost is £495 for organisations and £450 for individuals with a limited number of concessions available at £350.
