An interactive online training session led by Natalie Mason and Germa Adan, as part of Friction Arts’ Multicultural Music Making project.
The session will include:
- An overview of the Multicultural Music Making project and the ‘Principles of Practice’ – the techniques used to deliver culturally-responsive music-making sessions.
- Practical exploration of engaging with culturally-responsive music-making practices in your teaching.
- A chance to reflect on how creating more relevant and responsive music-making sessions contributes to improving inclusion, diversity and equality in music education.
The session runs from 2.00-4.00pm and will take place on Zoom.
