CALL FOR IDEAS

Our Community Music Now event aims to provide an exciting and diverse programme of professional development activities for community music practitioners, researchers and students. We want to provide a platform for you to share your work and be inspired by the work of others.

So we are inviting attendees to submit ideas for sessions in two formats:

* A 45 minute workshop. This should be a practical, participatory session for established and/or emerging practitioners. There is a £80 fee offered for facilitation of each workshop.
* A 10 minute presentation or activity as part of our Community Music Platform on Saturday 27 February. This could be sharing a warm up, song, research findings or a facilitation technique, or something else we haven't thought of! (No fee offered for the Community Music Platform.)

Community Music Now 2027 - Call for ideas – Fill in form

This call will remain open until Monday 14 December and we will contact you at the latest by Friday 15 January to discuss your participation. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
