Based in Cambridgeshire, I lead vocal workshops for various community groups and organisations, including Parkinson's UK. I also lead a community choir and support several care homes through singing and run a ukulele group. My focus is on health and well-being and my workshops heavily focus on using all parts of the body involved in the production of sound. I do not expect people to be 'able to sing' or have any musical knowledge, but this doesn't mean that I do not welcome those with musical backgrounds. My workshops last around 1 - 2 hours, are interactive and a lot of fun.
