Drake Music is recruiting a co-ordinator to support the delivery of an exciting four-year music education initiative, Think22
The role involves managing programme logistics, coordinating day-to-day delivery, gathering data, and contributing to project reporting and communications.

The ideal candidate is someone with excellent administrative and organisational skills. We are searching for a self–starter who thrives in a busy and friendly small-team environment, and is passionate about removing disabling barriers to music-making.

About Think22
Think22 is four-year initiative funded by Youth Music and builds on our successful Think2020 project.

Think22 aims to achieve greater inclusion, equality and diversity in music-making working with children and young people who face disabling barriers.

We will work to offer progression & accreditation pathways in music and embed professional Disabled Music Leaders across the music education workforce.
