An opportunity to develop, manage, coordinate, produce, and deliver flagship site-specific national/international artistic interventions for English Heritage

This is a full time permanent position, 36 hours/week.

The Creative Programme Manager will develop, manage, coordinate, produce, and deliver flagship site-specific national/international artistic interventions for English Heritage as directed by the Head of Learning and Interpretation at multiple sites each year. You will develop projects to grow the audiences for English Heritage's sites and collections, encouraging visitors to take part in heritage, seeking out creative, original, exciting and fun ways of delivering Creative Programmes that help 'bring history to life.'

We're looking for an experienced creative producer with strong networks who is well-versed in both the theory and practice of mounting successful and engaging visual and performing arts projects. You will be exceptionally well-organised, flexible, diplomatic and a great communicator. We're looking for someone who is passionate about bringing heritage to life and the role that site-specific participatory arts and performance can transform the experience of heritage.
