Jim Pinchen will talk about the changes within the Music Education sector over the past decade that have led to his recent experiences facilitating pay rate equity for formal/non-formal music leaders working in a range of different settings.
He will also host an open discussion about pay rates and how to ensure equity between practitioners of diverse backgrounds, teaching styles, music genres, approaches and teaching qualifications/experience.
Jim Pinchen is a musician, leader and TEDx speaker, passionate about the arts and with a proven track record in delivering local and international projects that harness the unique power of music to transform lives.
