Tips for contributing to Sounding Board journal
A guide with tips and advice for sharing your practice in Sounding Board, the journal of community music.

Sounding Board journal is published quarterly by and for Sound Sense and its members. We warmly welcome and encourage contributions from the broad spectrum of community music settings our members come from. This is what keeps Sounding Board interesting, fresh and appealing to our readers.

We also appreciate that it can be a challenge, and somewhat daunting, to articulate the work we do as community musicians into a written piece. With that in mind, Sound Sense's Amy Hill has put together this downloadable guide that includes tips and advice for getting started, and bringing your Sounding Board piece to life; be that as an article, a case study, interview, or research report.

Do get in touch with any questions or ideas you have and we will be very happy to support you with telling the story of your work.
