Mental health support worker, London *Closes 19 July midday

Sound Sense member Squeaky Gate wants three qualified and experienced creative mental health support workers with musical skills to support its workshops

Squeaky Gate works with people at risk of social exclusion, primarily due to mental health needs. The main purpose of the support workers is to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment in Squeaky Gate music and arts workshops which are facilitated by experienced tutors.

You will have both music skills and mental health qualifications - at least Mental Health NVQ Level 2, and six months’ experience of working with people with mental health needs.

£18-20,000 pro rata 37.5 hour a week over 38 weeks (term time only): 0.8 of full time to include regular evening work
